Price Comparison on OTC Medications
Post removed in favor of one I wrote in Quixtar Blog:

This is a blog by a former 'Gung Ho' BWW IBO. After listening to 8-12 tapes a day, reading several books a month, having over 350 pictures all around my house, driving hundreds of miles to STP or attend meetings, being on Kate, One Domain, and doing 100-300PV monthly, I wanted to do my part by posting the 'teaching' by of the BWW SOT program. I will try my hardest to get 1 tape up a week since that is the IBO schedule for receiving tapes.

Thanks for all the hard work X - its nice to see some up to date, "Hard data" for price comparissons. I was reading that Deb over there at Qblog forums actually went for concentrated ALL instead of SA8!
Player66,
My point is that many LOS's teach that the prices are much cheaper on Quixtar once you have factored in concentration. The reality is that they are not.
Some people like to buy more expensive things due to preferences. Some buy more expensive products because they are deluded into believing it is a better choice. These people even think they are saving money.
What is more, BWW teaches you are actually spending less money because:
1. You are getting products at about 30% discount
2. You gat a bonus.
The reality is that that 30% discount is off of their prices which are astronomically high. Furthermore, the 'bonus' is a lot less than you can save with coupons at a store.
BWW still does that for tool pickup. In fact, when I moved far away from the team, I had tools shipped to me once. I was charged tax, shipping, and what it cost me to ship.
Did you ever see the math of shipping? There are 250 tapes per box. BWW has a 4% shipping fee (in our team at least). Tapes were $7.50. So the Emerald charged $75 dollars PER BOX OF TAPES. I have shipped with many different carriers. The most expensive thing I ever shipped was a microscope at $20. There are things that cost more, but a box of tapes will ship for only about $10 or so, an extra $65 profit for box of tools!
